Norman R. Augustine
Norman Ralph Augustine (born July 27, 1935) is an American aerospace businessman. He served as United States Under Secretary of the Army from 1975 to 1977. Augustine served as chairman of the Review of United States Human Space Flight Plans Committee.[1]
