Number of the Beast

The Number of the Beast (from the Ancient Greek: ἑξακόσιοι ἑξήκοντα ἕξ hexakósioi hexēkonta héx "six hundred (and) sixty-six") is the fear of 666 or it's multiples.[1] It comes from the Biblical verse called Revelation 13:18, which says that the number 666 means "Antichrist".[2]

A well-known example of this fear is Nancy and Ronald Reagan, who, in 1989, when moving to their home in Bel-Air, Los Angeles, had its address changed from 666 St. Cloud Road to 668 St. Cloud Road.[3][4] Another well-known example was the U.S. Route 666, where accidents and incidents were common. It is known as "Satan the Devil's Highway" and renamed to the U.S. Route 491.

Also, 666 is the Triangulation of 36 (6×6), whose triangular order is 8, which means "new-beginning"[5][6][7] The Beast is called the 8th King[8] in Revelation 17[9][10], as it'll claim a NWO (New World Order)[7][11]. Despite that, the Digits of 666 add up to 18, whose digits add up to 9 (3×3 or 32)[12], which means "finality"[12][13] and sum of digits of 36 (4×9 or 22×32), its triangular order[12], which means that the Beast (666) will bring an end to (hu)man(kind), even if it declares a NWO.[14]

Also, some Judaeo/Christian Torahic Movements (e.g., some British Israelists, French Israelists, Christian-Identitarians, Neturei Qarta, Adventists, Hebrew Roots Movement, Sacred Namers or Sabbatarians) linked Triple 6 to Star of David/Seal of Solomon due to it's 6 points, 6 main sides and 6 mini-triangles, which denote the amount of Solomon's gold per-annum (annual)[1], to prove the Beast's identity, accords some circles, that (many) Jews are not Genuine Israelite/Judahite, that Christianity and Rabbinic-Judaism, like others are corrupted by Mystery Babylon, that Jesuit control the world, that the Statehood of Israel isn't synonymous with Judaism, that Guardianship of Sabbath or Good Days predate Judaism, that Jews must be loyal to their nations (from USA to Palestina) and/or many more ideas, albeit so many...[15][16]

(1) Beale argues that "the mention of an eighth king isn't a literal quantitative referent to an actual eighth king in a historical order of succession from the seven preceding kings. Also, 'eighth', like 'seven,' has a figurative meaning. 'Eight' likely had such significance in earl(iest) Christianity..." (875), being a symbolic reference to the day of Christ's resurrection (and even of the Christ himself:- recall that, using the method called Gematria, the sum of the Greek letters in the name "Jesus" = 888). Therefore, calling the beast an "eighth" may be another way of referring to his future attempted mimicry of Jesus who in his resurrection inaugurated the new creation. (2) Richard Bauckham makes several observations based on his understanding of numerical symbolism in Revelation. One possibility is the fact that 666, the number of the beast, is the double Triangle of 8 (i.e., 666 is the triangle of 36, which is the triangle of 8). Or again, 666 is the eighth double-triangular number (in the series 1, 6, 21, 55, 120, 231, 406, 666). Thus the beast is, in a sense, both the "eighth" in that particular series of numbers and also related to the first "seven(s)". Another approach is to observe that the Beast is called an "eighth" because "he is one of the seven recurring as a kind of final excess of evil. In him completeness [as symbolized by the first seven] becomes excess" (405)..." {{cite web}}: line feed character in |quote= at position 57 (help)

In fact, 666 is the 8th triangular–triangular number in the set [1, 6, 21, 55, 120, 231, 406, 666]. This Relation of the number 666 (Beast) to the number 8 is by some theologians related to Revelations 17 where the beast is identified as the 8th king (and still 1 out of 7 kings).

    • Among others may be mentioned (1) that the sum of the digits which form it's multiples are themselves always a multiple of nine; e.g., 2×9=18 (and 1+8=9); 3×9=27 (and 2+7=9); 4×9=36 (and 3+6=9); 5×9=45 (and 4+5=9), etc., etc.; and so with the larger numbers: 52843×9 = 475587 (and 4+7+5+5+8+7=36, and 3+6=9). (2) The sum of its multiples through nine digits=405 or 9×45 (and 45's sum is 4+5, that is 9!).
It is the last of the digits, and thus marks an end; and is very significant of the conclusion of a matter. It is akin to the number Six (where) Six being the sum of its factors (3×3=9 and 3+3=6) and is thus significant of the end of Man, and the summation of all man's works. Therefore, Nine (9) is THE NUMBER OF FINALITY OR JUDGMENT, for judgment is committed unto Jesus as "the son of man" (John 5:27; Acts 17:31). It marks the (triad) completeness/the end and issue of all things as to man—the judgment of man and all his works. It is a factor of 666, which is 9 (3×3) times 74, i.e., 2×37. The Gematria of the word "Dan" which means "a judge" is about 54 (6×9=2×3×9=2×27), i.e., 2×3×3×3. --- www.friendsofsabbath.org

  13. "Dr Ivan Panin - Bible Numerics research". www.wordworx.co.nz. Nine is finality: The Number Nine is endowed with a peculiar quality, it is finality in itself. Not only is it a final single number, but if you multiply it by any other number, the addition of the resulting figures will always revert back to 9 (2×9=18 --> 1+8=9 etc). There are nine basic gifts available to the Christian believer through the power of God's Holy Spirit (1 Cor 12:8-10). There are nine basic fruits which should be evident in the life of the believer (Gal 5:22-23). The words "my wrath" have the numeric value of 999. The word Amen or verily is valued at 99 and occurs 99 times. The work on the cross was completed at the ninth hour when Jesus said "It is finished". The shedding of his blood was final. It saw an end to the old system of animal sacrifice to atone for sin. The word "blood" in this sense occurs 99 times {{cite web}}: line feed character in |quote= at position 19 (help)
