Paulo Garcia

Paulo de Siqueira Garcia (13 May 1959 – 30 July 2017) was a Brazilian physician and politician. He was a member of the Workers' Party. He was the mayor of Goiânia from 1 April 2010, when then-mayor Iris Rezende resigned in order to run for Governor at the 2010 election until 2016.[1] He was born in Goiânia, Goiás.[2]
On 30 July 2017, Garcia died of a heart attack at his home in Goiânia, aged 58.[3]
