Peggy Noonan
Margaret Ellen "Peggy" Noonan (born September 7, 1950) is an American author of seven books. Her books are mostly about politics, religion, and culture.[1] She is a weekly columnist for The Wall Street Journal. She was a primary speech writer and Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan.
