Pokrovsk Raion
Pokrovsk Raion is one of the eight raions (districts) of Donetsk oblast in eastern Ukraine. The administrative center of the district is Pokrovsk. Its population is about 386,451 (2022 est.).[1]

There is a line of control, that goes thru Pokrovsk raion (as of 2024). Sometimes it is called the Pokrovsk front. Russian forces are fighting Ukrainian forces.
The Battle of Marinka is going on (as of 2023). The city of Marinka is in Pokrovsk Raion.[2]
