Pro-Administration Party (United States)
The Pro-Administration Party was the precursor to the Federalist party in the United States of America. It formed to back George Washington and the Washington Administration, and to oppose the emerging Jeffersonian party.[1]
It lasted from 1789 to 1795.[1]
