QIP Holder LLC, business known as Quiznos, is a fast food restaurant brand. Quiznos is known for their toasted subs. The restaurant was created by company founder Jimmy Lambatos in 1982. The headquarters for Quiznos is located in Denver, Colorado. Behind Subway, it is the second-largest submarine sandwich shop chain in North America.[1]

On February 27 2014, the Wall Street Journal wrote that the company was potentially preparing to file for Bankruptcy debt protection because the country currently has $570 million of debt.[2] On March 14, 2014, the restaurant brand filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. They said that they would still continue operating while it restructured its debt and made operational improvements.[3]
