Ralph T. O'Neal

Ralph Telford O'Neal, OBE (December 15, 1933 – November 11, 2019)[1] was a politician in the British Virgin Islands. He was the second longest serving elected representative in the British Virgin Islands. He was Chief Minister (when the office was so titled) or Premier of the British Virgin Islands for two terms. In the length of his tenure he was surpassed only by his predecessor Hamilton Lavity Stoutt.
