Respect Party
The Respect Party, the Unity Coalition, was a left-wing to far-left political party in the United Kingdom. It was started on 25 January 2004 in London and dissolved on 18 August 2016. Its name was an acronym standing for Respect, Social equality, Socialism, Peace, Environmentalism, Community, and Trade unionism. It was often simply called "Respect". Their first member of parliament was George Galloway. He was the party's leader.
