Safwat El-Sherif
Mohamed Safwat El Sherif (Arabic: محمد صفوت الشريف) (19 December 1933 – 14 January 2021) was an Egyptian politician and businessman. He was Chairman of the State Information Service.[1] He was the Minister of Information from 1981 to 2004.
El Sherif died on 14 January 2021 in Cairo, Egypt from COVID-19 at the age of 88.[2]
