Samuel Pierce
Samuel Riley Pierce, Jr. (September 8, 1922 – October 31, 2000) was an American politician. He was Ronald Reagan's Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. He served as secretary from January 23, 1981 until January 20, 1989.
