Santa Cruz is a municipality in the Philippines. It is part of the province of Davao del Sur, on the island of Mindanao. There were about 91,000 people living in Santa Cruz in 2015.

The town is in the northern part of Davao del Sur. It is south of Davao City, the capital of the province. The municipality covers 6.7% of the total land area of Davao del Sur.
Santa Cruz is the oldest municipality in the province. It was founded on 5 October 1884, by Spanish explorers and missionaries. Most of the people in Santa Cruz today are either Muslim or Christian. The languages spoken in Santa Cruz are Cebuano, Tagalog, Mansakan, and English.
