Sara Anzanello
Sara Anzanello (July 30, 1980 – October 25, 2018) was an Italian volleyball player in the middle hitter-blocker role.

Early life and career
Anzanello was born in San Donà di Piave, Venice. She played for the national women's volleyball team for Italy in 1998, when she was 17 years old. She had a total of 203 caps for her team.[1]
Death
In 2013, Anzanella needed a liver transplant after getting hepatitis in Azerbaijan. She got better and kept on playing volleyball.
Anzanello died on October 25, 2018 from leukemia in Venice at the age of 38.[2]
