The spouse of the prime minister of Canada (French: [époux du premier ministre du Canada] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) is the wife or husband of the prime minister of Canada. Sophie Grégoire Trudeau is the wife of the 23rd and current prime minister, Justin Trudeau.

To date, 19 women have been the wives of the prime minister of Canada; Kim Campbell, the only female prime minister to date, was unmarried during her time in office.
Some media outlets have styled prime ministers' wives as the "First Lady of Canada", similar to the style of First Lady.[1]
