State Statistics Committee
The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan Republic (Azerbaijani: [Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Statistika Komitəsi] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) is a governmental agency within the Cabinet of Azerbaijan in charge of collection, processing and publishing statistical data on the economy, demographics and other sectors in the Republic of Azerbaijan.[1][2] The State Statistics Committee was established on February 18, 1994 by President Heydar Aliyev. Its headquarters is located in the Azerbaijani capital city of Baku.
