Stephen M. Schwebel
Stephen Myron Schwebel (born March 10, 1929), is an American jurist, counsel and independent arbitrator. He serves as Judge of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal and as a member of the U.S. national group at the Permanent Court of Arbitration.[1][2]

Judge Schwebel as the keynote speaker at the 2014 final of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Schwebel wrote the first compromis for the competition in 1959–60.
