The Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council (国务院台湾事务办公室) is a government agency under China's State Council. This agency handles policy and politics relevant to Taiwan. [1] [2] Ma Xiaoguang was the spokesperson from 2014 to mid-2023, and the current spokesperson is Chen Binhua.[3]
