Techcrunch
Techcrunch is an American online newspaper that covers technology and startup companies.[1] It was founded in June 2005 by Archimedes Ventures, led by Michael Arrington and Keith Teare.
In 2010, AOL bought the company for around $25 million.[2] After Verizon bought AOL, it was owned by Verizon Media from 2015 through 2021. In 2021 Verizon sold it to the private equity firm Apollo Global Management.
