Telecom Argentina S.A. operating commercially under the brand name Personal is the major local telephone company for the northern part of Argentina, including the whole of the city of Buenos Aires.

In December 2025, the company announced that it would unify its brand and operate as Personal, while maintaining its corporate name as Telecom Argentina S.A.
