Tim Smith (Cardiacs)
Timothy Charles Smith (3 July 1961 – 21 July 2020)[1][2] was an English singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer and music video director. He was best known as the frontman of the cult English band Cardiacs.[3] He was born in Carshalton, Surrey.

In June 2008, Smith suffered from a heart attack and stroke which left him physically disabled.[4] He died on 21 July 2020, aged 59.[5]
