Tori Kelly
Victoria Loren "Tori" Kelly (born December 14, 1992) is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She won America's Most Talented Kids in 2004. She is known for voicing Meena the Elephant in Sing and Sing 2. Kelly was born in Wildomar, California.
In 2010, she was on American Idol. She was not chosen as one of the final twenty-four contestants. On January 21, 2012, Kelly put a video on her YouTube channel of her singing "Thinkin Bout You" by Frank Ocean. A lot of people watched it. It now has over 17 million views.[1]
In May 2012, she released her first extended play Handmade Songs. On November 1, 2013, Kelly sang at Ed Sheeran's concert at New York's Madison Square Garden.[2] In an interview with BBC, Kelly said that Sheeran is "a really close friend". They have written a song together.[3]
Kelly married basketball player André Murillo in 2018. She won two Grammy Awards in 2019.
On July 23, 2023, Kelly was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after collapsing at a restaurant in Los Angeles. Blood clots had been found in her body around her vital organs, and she is currently receiving treatment.[4][5]
