Viktor Bryukhanov
Viktor Petrovich Bryukhanov (Russian: Виктор Петрович Брюханов; 1 December 1935 – 13 October 2021) was an Uzbek politician and engineer. He was the manager of construction of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and the director of the plant from 1970 to 1986.[1] Bryukhanov was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Bryukhanov died in Kyiv on 13 October 2021, at the age of 85.[2][3] The cause of death was multiple strokes caused by Parkinson's disease.[4]
