West Carroll Parish, Louisiana
West Carroll Parish (French: [Paroisse de Carroll Ouest] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) is a parish located in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Louisiana. As of the 2020 census, the population was 9,751.[1] The parish seat is Oak Grove.[2] The parish was founded in 1877, when Carroll Parish was divided.[3]
