Yevlakh

Yevlakh is a small city in Azerbaijan. It is 265 kilometres (165 miles) west of capital Baku. It is in the Yevlakh Rayon but is separate. The name is from an Old Turkic word meaning 'swampy place.'[1] It was the birthplace of Pavel Florensky.
