Ltspkr.png Zutphen is a small city in the province of Gelderland in the Netherlands. It is found about 30 kilometers north-east of Arnhem. It is situated on the IJssel river, and its history goes back over 1700 years. There are a lot of buildings in the town that show its long and rich history as a trading town as part of the Hanseatic League.

Per 1 January 2010, it has 46,877 inhabitants. It is linked to Deventer and Arnhem by rail.
