Émile Loubet
Émile François Loubet (French: [emil lubɛ]; 30 December 1838 – 20 December 1929) was the 45th Prime Minister of France and later President of France.[1] He was involved in the 1899-1901 Boxer Rebellion and was President of France from 1899-1906 .
