Abdelmalek Benhabyles
Abdelmalek Benhabyles (27 April 1921 – 28 December 2018) was an Algerian politician. He was born in Chevreuil. He was a chairman of the Constitutional Council (President of Algeria) from 11 January 1992 until 14 January 1992.[1][2]

In his later political career, he was the country's ambassador to Japan, Tunisia, Switzerland and the Vatican.[3]
Benhabyles died in Algiers, Algeria on 28 December 2018 at the age of 97.[4]
