Battle of Starobilsk
The Battle of Starobilsk was a battle that started on 25 February 2022, during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.[1]
Background
Starobilsk is a city near Luhansk (in Luhansk Oblast). It is the administrative center of Starobilsk Raion. The river Aidar runs to the west of the city centre; The river is a natural obstacle.
