Bentley is a city in Sedgwick County, Kansas, United States. In 2020, 560 people lived there.[4]

History
Bentley was planned out in 1888. This was when the Kansas Midland Railway was built to that point. It was named after Orsemus Hills Bentley, a railroad official.[2][5]
The first post office in Bentley was created in March 1888.[6]
Geography
Bentley is at 37°53′11″N 97°31′2″W / 37.88639°N 97.51722°W (37.886437, -97.517133).[7] The United States Census Bureau says that the city has a total area of 0.30 square miles (0.78 km2). All of it is land.[3]

2020 census
The 2020 census says that there were 560 people, 205 households, and 154 families living in Bentley. Of the households, 82.4% owned their home and 17.6% rented their home.
The median age was 35.8 years. Of the people, 86.1% were White, 1.4% were Native American, 0.7% were Black, 0.2% were Pacific Islanders, 4.6% were from some other race, and 7.0% were two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.5% of the people.[4][8]
2010 census
The 2010 census says that there were 530 people, 199 households, and 142 families living in Bentley.[9]
