Boise is the capital city of the U.S. state of Idaho. It is also the county seat of Ada County.
The Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial is located in Boise. It i is the only human rights memorial in the US.
Origin of name
Although different people believe different stories about the origin of the name, it is generally accepted that the name Boise originates from the French word boisée which means wooded.[2]
