Boise, Idaho

Boise is the capital and the most populous city in the U.S. state of Idaho. It is also the county seat of Ada County.

The Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial is in Boise. It is the only human rights memorial in the US.

Origin of name

Although different people believe different stories about the origin of the name, it is generally accepted that the name Boise originates from the French word boisée which means wooded.[5]
