Cecilia Elena Rouse (born December 18, 1963) is an American economist. In 2012, she became dean of the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

She was a member of President Barack Obama's Council of Economic Advisers from 2009 to 2011.

In November 2020, President-elect Joe Biden announced his plans to nominate Rouse as the Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers.[2]
