Charles Cyphers (born July 28, 1939) is an American movie, television, and stage actor who is known for his role as Sheriff Leigh Brackett in Halloween (1978) and Halloween Kills (2021). He was born Niagara Falls, New York on July 28, 1939. His career started in the 1970s.
