Chicken soup
Chicken soup is a soup made with chicken. The chicken is simmered in water. Classic chicken soups are made of clear broth. There are usually pieces of chicken and vegetables. There can also be grains, pasta or dumplings.
Chicken soup is thought to be a remedy for colds and influenza. In many countries, it is considered a comfort food.
