Chikage Oogi

(10 May 1933 – 9 March 2023[1] as Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 293: attempt to index local 'data_module' (a boolean value)., was a Japanese actress and politician. She became the first female President of the House of Councillors in 2004.[2]
