Domiati cheese

Domiati cheese, or white cheese (Arabic: جبنة بيضاء), is a soft white cheese made in Egypt.[1] It is also made in Sudan and other countries in the Middle East. It is made from buffalo milk, cow milk, or both of them. it can also be made from other milks, such as sheep, goat or camel milk. It is the most common Egyptian cheese. It is named after the city of Damietta (or Domyat).
