Duvall Hecht

Duvall Young Hecht (April 23, 1930 – February 10, 2022) was an American competition rower. He won a gold medal at the 1956 Summer Olympics.[1] He was born in Los Angeles, California. A publisher, Hecht founded Books on Tape, Inc. in 1975.

Hecht died at his home in Costa Mesa, California on February 10, 2022, at the age of 91.[2]
