European migrant crisis
More than a million migrants and refugees crossed into Europe in 2015. This created a crisis because it is hard for countries to cope with the large numbers of people or even in some countries war. This also causes the people to flee to safer countries. It also created a division in the European Union over how to deal with resettling people.
