Fu Jen Catholic University
Fu Jen Catholic University (FJU; Chinese: 輔仁大學) is a well known university in Taiwan. The main campus is in New Taipei City. It was first started in 1925. Its first name was Catholic University of Peking (currently Beijing Normal University). It was started again in 1961.
Fu Jen is the Wade–Giles romanization of the Chinese characters 輔仁 (Furen in pinyin), literally meaning "assistance" and "benevolence".[1]
