The main event saw "Hangman" Adam Page defeated Kenny Omega to win the AEW World Championship. Page would perform two Buckshot Lariats to Omega before pinning him for the victory. He would then celebrate with members of The Dark Order.[1]
During the show, Jay Lethal would make his AEW debut. Cody Rhodes would also make his last PPV appearance before leaving the company three months afterwards.
