Gafsa Governorate
Gafsa Governorate (Tunisian Arabic: ولاية ڨفصة <span title="Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Module:Language/data/ISO 639 override' not found. transliteration" class="Unicode" style="white-space:normal; text-decoration: none">Wilāyat Gafṣa) is one of the twenty-four governorates of Tunisia. It is in the central part of the country, bordering Algeria. It covers an area of 7807 km².[1] As of the 2014 census, 337,331 people lived there.[3][4] The capital of the city is Gafsa.
