Gerald P. Carmen
Gerald Posner "Jerry" Carmen[1] (July 8, 1930 – September 1, 2023) was an American businessman and politician. He was born in Quincy, Massachusetts. He was a member of the Republican Party. From 1981 to 1984, he was the Administrator of the General Services Administration during the Ronald Reagan presidency.[2][3]
