Phalon Anton Alexander (born April 15, 1974), professionally known as Jazze Pha (pronounced JAZ-ee-phay) is an American record producer, singer, songwriter and rapper. He is based in the south and has worked with rappers Nelly, Ludacris, Trick Daddy, T.I., and David Banner, among others. Pha is credited for bringing R&B singer-songwriter Ciara national attention with her solo album Goodies. He is best known for working with Cee Lo Green.

Pha is also jointly signed a production deal with Cash Money Records. His career began in 1988 and ended in 1990. It restarted in 1995.

He is the founder and chief executive officer of Sho'nuff Records. He signed Ciara to the label.
