John S. Wold

John Schiller Wold (August 31, 1916 – February 19, 2017) was an American politician. He was a Republican. He served a term in the United States House of Representatives for Wyoming from 1969 to 1971. He was also a business person and geologist.

Wold was born in East Orange, New Jersey. He grew up in Watertown, Connecticut. During World War II, he was a consulting physicist and gunnery officer for the U.S. Navy.[1] He turned 100 in 2016.
