Jose Peralta
José Rafael Peralta (November 10, 1971 – November 22, 2018) was an American politician. He was born in New York City. He was in the New York State Assembly and New York State Senate.[1] He was a member of the Democratic Party. He last represented District 13 in the State Senate.[2] He was elected in a landslide to the New York State Senate on March 16, 2010.[3]
Peralta died at the age of 47 on November 22, 2018 of a heart attack in New York City.[4]
