Jovita Carranza (born June 29, 1949) is an American businesswoman and politician. Carranza is the 26th Administrator of the Small Business Administration since 2020. She was the 44th Treasurer of the United States from 2017 through 2020. She was the Deputy Administrator for the United States Small Business Administration from December 2006 to January 2009 during George W. Bush's presidency.[3][4]

Carranza was Vice President of Air Operations for United Parcel Service (UPS) the world's largest package delivery company at its facility in Louisville, Kentucky.[5]

Carranza was the President & CEO of the JCR Group, a consulting firm with a focus on business development, profit and loss management, operations, logistics and systems optimization.

On April 4, 2019, President Trump nominated Carranza to be Administrator of the Small Business Administration, replacing Linda McMahon.[6] She was confirmed on January 7, 2020 and sworn in on January 15.[7]
