Kang Seul-gi is a South Korean singer, actress, and model. She goes by the mononym Seulgi. She is known for being a member of K-pop girl group Red Velvet and its subunit Red Velvet - IRENE & SEULGI.

- In this Korean name, the family name is Kang.
Seulgi was born in South Korea on 20 February 1994. In 2013, she joined SM Entertainment as a trainee.[2][3] Later she became a member of Red Velvet in 2014.[4] In 2015, she made her first appearance as an actress.[5][6]
