Norm Coleman
Norm Coleman (born August 17, 1949) is an American politician. He is a former United States Senator from Minnesota. Before becoming a Senator, he was Mayor of Saint Paul, Minnesota (1994–2002).[1] He ran for Governor of Minnesota in 1998 but lost to Jesse Ventura.

Coleman was born on August 17, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York City.[2] He graduated from Hofstra University. Coleman received his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.[3] He is married to Laurie (Casserly) Coleman. They have four children.
