Nuseirat refugee camp

Nuseirat refugee camp (Arabic: مخيّم النصيرات) is a Palestinian refugee camp. The camp is located in the center of the Gaza Strip. It includes the largest number of Palestinian refugees who were displaced from their homes during the Nakba.

Archaeological sites
The camp has several archaeological landmarks such as: “Tel Amer” (a Byzantine city or church that was discovered in the year 1995);[2] Likewise, “Tell el-Ajjul” is an archaeological area in which some antiquities were found.[3]
