Randy Neugebauer
Robert Randolph "Randy" Neugebauer[1] (born December 24, 1949) is an American politician. He was the U.S. Representative for Texas's 19th congressional district, having served from 2003 to 2017. He is a member of the Republican Party.

According to a 2011 survey by the National Journal, Neugebauer was "the most conservative" member of the House.[2]
On September 17, 2015, Neugebauer announced he would not seek reelection to an eighth term in the 2016 elections.[3]
As of April 2018, Neugebauer was the only person under consideration to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Trump Administration.[4]
