Robert Califf
Robert Califf (born 1951) is an American cardiologist and politician. He is the Commissioner of Food and Drugs since 2022 during the Joe Biden administration. He held the same job from September 2015 to January 2017 during the Barack Obama presidency.[1]

President Joe Biden renominated Califf to head the Food and Drug Administration on November 12, 2021.[2] On February 15, 2022, the United States Senate confirmed his nomination by a 50-46 vote.[3]
